Is DLMT legal or engineering advice?

No. DLMT is decision support. It shows the rules, the approvals and your options with their sources. When a decision needs a licensed engineer or attorney, we tell you.

Do you guarantee approvals or dates?

No. The city or county makes every decision. We give best-case and worst-case ranges, show what each one assumes, and update the plan as answers come in.

Where does DLMT work?

We're starting in Central Texas: Hays, Travis and Williamson counties, including unincorporated land and ETJs.

What does it cost?
